Main Responsibilities
· Work closely with Operations Department in project delivery to fulfil project requirements, preparing project drawings, proposals and technical submissions

Office Cleaner (Singapore)

Main Responsibilities
•Clean office, including main lobby, reception, meeting rooms, work stations, corridors, lift lobbies, staircases, cafeteria, pantries, toilets, function room, gym, balconies.
• Clean and wipe walls, glass doors and windows as well as sweep, mop and vacuum floors and carpets daily.
•Clean, wipe, sanitize and arrange office furniture such as tables, chairs, sofas, cabinets, racks and work stations as well as office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, telephones.
•Clean, wipe, sanitize and arrange furniture and electrical appliances such as refrigerators, microwaves, water dispensers in the pantries and cafeteria as well as replenish consumable items.
•Prepare and serve snacks and drinks to guests as well as wash and keep crockery and cutlery.
•Clean, wipe, sanitize and arrange furniture in the meeting rooms as well as clean the white board and check air-conditioning systems and lights are switched off after every meeting.
•Wash and clean toilets as well as refill toiletries such as handwash and toilet papers twice a day and when necessary.
•Dispose trash to the bin centre daily and replace bins with clean trash bags.

Account Executive (Singapore)

Main Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Accounts and Financial Controller in all daily tasks and matters within the Accounts Department.
- Manage full set of accounts, including monthly reconciliation with Operations Administrations Executives on claims, receivables and final accounts with customers.
- Coordinate with Purchasing Department and Operations Department to verify vendor invoices and ensure timely payment to vendors as well as responding to vendor requests, clarifications and resolving any issues with vendors as soon as possible.
- Perform asset, inventory and financial reconciliation with Operations Department and generate monthly financial and analytical reports for Management.
- Use accounting software as well as Enterprise Resource Planning system to complete daily tasks and assist in the implementation and improvements of the systems.
- Ensure procedures, products and services rendered comply to Company policies, government regulations and ISO standards.
- Maintain historical records for annual accounting and ISO audit.

Pre-Requisites

- Prepare and submit tax invoices, progress claims and statement of accounts to customers as well as following up with customers on receivable and final accounts for completed projects.
- Liaise with vendors to support project executions and verify vendor invoices against tasks completed before submitting to Accounts Department for timely payment to vendors.

Main Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Sales & Marketing in all daily tasks and matter within the Sales & Marketing Department.
- Lead and drive sales and marketing efforts in our Company, including identifying potential customers and projects, initiate customer visits, perform site surveys, prepare sales proposals, quotations and contracts, follow up and engage in negotiations with customers while ensuring compliance to Company pricing policies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, while supporting customers in their project requirements and enquiries.
- Relentless pursuit of new projects and markets to optimize the deployment of our Company assets and achieve sales targets set by our Company.
